A break from Sea Kayaking.

The ocean looked like glass.

Sea Kayaking,

Roadside stop in the middle of no-where, New Zealand.

Sheep being herded in New Zealand.

Milford Sound New Zealand. The clouds seemed low enough to touch, it was amazing here.

Check out the waves you can actually see tiny specks surfing.

I can't remember what this guy's called, I called himToby.

We spent three weeks in a beach town called Byron Bay (In Australia) and I slept in the garage of a friends house. Cockroaches, and these little guys were all over the place. I am so grateful that Canada is too cold for such exotic creatures.

Oliver Dijiridont. Our faithful Ford Falcon. The only problem was that not a single door worked. Getting groceries once, I had to crawl in through the back hatch to open the door, the girls had some other-- more graceful-- technique.

White Haven Beach.

I can't believe i was that tan.

A waterfall close to Airlie Beach in Australia. The first and only time I jumped that high.

How Killer am I?

Sarah and Syl, two friends I travelled Australia with.

I sure look slick, too bad it's a foam board so that if I fall down on it i don't crack my skull open.

The famous Opera house.

Koala in a reserve close to Melbourne Australia.

Ao Thong National Marine Park, Thailand.

This temple had something like 1237 steps to climb up to get to the top. As you can see they're not shallow steps, each one is like a foot high, even higher in some places. This picture was taken around step 250, i almost couldn't walk the next day.

A troop of monkeys gaurded the grounds of this temple. They're actually quite ferocious, Kim got grabbed or bit by one, i can't remember.

Thailand is predominantly Buddhist, which means no killingof stray animals. Consequently there is an out of control dog and cat population. This guy was hanging around a giant laying buddha.

We rented a Scooter for the day and explored some nearby temples. It only costs 4 dollars a day to rent one, and they're super fun.

Kim on a longtail. We're about to head back to Ao Nang, Krabi.

Eating Pineapple on West Railah Beach, Krabi, Thailand
